เมื่อวันที่ 31 ส.ค. 2026 คณะกรรมาธิการยุโรปได้ขึ้นทะเบียนแพลตฟอร์ม ChatGPT, Reddit และ Roblox ภายใต้กฎหมายฉบับนี้

ทั้งสามแพลตฟอร์มถูกระบุอย่างเป็นทางการว่าอยู่ภายใต้ Digital Services Act

ChatGPT ได้รับการกำหนดให้อยู่ในประเภท Very Large Online Search Engine หรือ VLOSE ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในประเภทการกำกับดูแลของ DSA

ส่วน Reddit และ Roblox ถูกจัดอยู่ในประเภท Very Large Online Platform หรือ VLOP ภายใต้กฎหมายเดียวกัน
